Who we are
Healio is a product of Product Analytics Consulting Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 16303100), registered office 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF. We are responsible for the personal information described here and are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office. Contact us at [email protected].
What we collect
This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking.
If you join the waitlist, we receive the email address you enter, the time you joined and the wording you agreed to. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and what you write.
Please don’t send medical records or health information. If you include it anyway, we will use it only to reply to you and then delete it.
Why we use it
Waitlist: to send you Healio updates and news about the beta launch, because you asked us to (your consent). You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any of our emails or writing to [email protected].
Emails you send us: to read and reply to your message. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. Emailing us does not add you to the waitlist.
We don’t sell your information or use it for any other marketing.
Who processes it for us
Google (Google Workspace) provides our email and stores the waitlist in a private Google Sheet. Cloudflare hosts this website, passes waitlist sign-ups on to us and processes technical information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site. These providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, they rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist sign-up until you unsubscribe or we stop sending Healio updates, and then delete it.
We keep enquiry emails for 12 months after our last exchange, unless we are still in conversation, and then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to or restrict how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
